The company principals are Brendon Windsor, Peter O'Dwyer, and Ralph Roberts.

Brendon

  -  BRENDON WINDSOR is our General Manager and oversees company operations. Brendon is a qualified Surveyor with over 25 years experience in all facets of surveying. In recent years Brendon has also gained valuable experience in the fields of both Project and Business Management.

Peter

  -  PETER O'DWYER is our Planning Manager. Peter has over 30 years experience at local, regional and state levels in both private and government sectors. He is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and is a Certified Practising Planner. Peter also has experience as well as post graduate qualifications in Environmental Management.

Ralph

  -  RALPH ROBERTS is our Project Manager and our Wangaratta Office Manager. Ralph has over 25 years industry experience in engineering design and project management. Areas of expertise include residential subdivision, road design and supervision, project and construction management, water and sewage infrastructure.
