TOWN PLANNER
We have an excellent job opportunity available for an experienced Planner to work in our Albury/Wodonga office. The right applicant will be an important member of our planning team undertaking range of statutory and strategic planning projects in both NE Victoria and southern NSW.
We seek someone with:
Experience, preferably in a Local Government or Planning Consultancy background
A thorough knowledge and understanding of planning processes
An ability to find practical solutions to complex town planning issues
Self motivation in terms of the progression of projects
Excellent report writing skills
Good verbal communication skills
While experience working in rural or regional Victoria and/or NSW would be preferable, planners from metropolitan areas or from other Australian states should also consider applying for this position.
We also have a preference for a planner who is either CPP accredited and/or is willing to fulfil the necessary criteria to become a Certified Practising Planner
